You agree to provide valid identification documents, including but not limited to your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and additional documentation as requested. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify gama14 if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. gama14 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of gama14 is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
gama14 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. We also support e-wallet deposits through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours. gama14 does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose its own charges.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your gama14 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not connected to any illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or criminal conduct. gama14 reserves the right to investigate the source of deposits and to freeze or return funds if we suspect any violation of this provision.
Withdrawals can be requested to your verified Indonesian bank account once KYC verification is completed. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing time is typically 1-24 hours, though VIP tier members enjoy priority processing. All withdrawals are subject to verification checks to prevent fraud and money laundering. gama14 may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your legal name matching your verified identity documents. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. gama14 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there is evidence of bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
If your account remains inactive (no login or wagering activity) for 12 consecutive months, gama14 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. Accounts with zero balance for 24 consecutive months may be closed.
gama14 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games. You must carefully read and understand the terms of each bonus before claiming or using it.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or rollover requirements) before they can be withdrawn. For example, a 15x wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus means you must wager a total of Rp 15,000,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely. Consult the specific bonus terms for details.
gama14 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly, coordinated play across multiple accounts, betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy intended to exploit promotional offers. Suspected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure.
gama14 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We may also exclude specific users from participating in promotions if we determine they have violated bonus terms or engaged in abusive behavior.
All users must engage in fair play at all times. Collusion, chip dumping, use of bots or automated software, exploitation of software errors or bugs, and any other form of cheating or unfair advantage-seeking is strictly prohibited. gama14 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each game offered by gama14 has specific rules governing gameplay, betting limits, payout structures, and house edge. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome, gama14's transaction records and game server logs will be considered the authoritative source.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, software error, or incorrect game result due to system failure, gama14 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes but is not limited to display errors, calculation errors, and transmission failures. gama14 will make every effort to notify affected users and resolve issues promptly, but we are not liable for any indirect losses arising from technical errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, gama14 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
gama14 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of gama14 shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.
gama14 is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, natural disasters, power outages, or third-party service failures (such as payment processor downtime).
You may close your gama14 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance within 30 days. Accounts closed due to gambling concerns (self-exclusion) are subject to a mandatory minimum exclusion period of six months and cannot be reopened during that time.
gama14 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, failed to complete KYC verification, or pose a risk to our platform or other users. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: providing false information, creating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, chargeback abuse, or abusive behavior toward staff or other players.
Upon account termination for breach of Terms, gama14 may forfeit your account balance, cancel pending withdrawals, and void any outstanding bets or bonuses. If termination is due to no fault of yours (for example, a business decision by gama14), your available balance will be returned to you minus any bonus funds or funds obtained through violation of these Terms.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding gama14's services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We will investigate your complaint and respond within 5 business days. Most disputes can be resolved through our internal complaints procedure.
If you remain dissatisfied after our internal resolution process, you may escalate the matter to an independent mediator or arbitration service mutually agreed upon by both parties. Any legal action arising from these Terms must be commenced within one year of the cause of action arising.
gama14's decision on game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions is final and binding unless proven to be manifestly erroneous. We reserve the right to withhold payment and void bets if we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which gama14 is licensed. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.
